Santa Fe Place is a seven story high-rise condominium located in the historic Crown Center district of Kansas City. While Santa Fe Place used to be apartments, it has been fully remodeled and converted into condominiums. Part of the remodel was to upgrade the efficiency of the building by eliminating their outdated T-12 lighting and replacing it with energy efficient low wattage T-8 lighting throughout the common areas of the building.
