San Francisco Tower contracted Oliver Electric to provide a turn-key lighting retrofit on all 36 floors of public and private spaces located throughout the high-rise, as well as a portion of their parking garage. We provided them with a turn-key solution for lighting design, material procurement, project management, installation, and handled the paperwork process for all local utility rebates and government tax incentives.
